We do share your personal information with anyone! This is to protect you from potential identity theft and misuse of your personal contact information. The exception to this rule is the use of your login username in our builder's forum (https://www.glacierboats.net), or social media, for the purpose of referring to threads that you participated in or in referring to your project in our forum. If another builder (etc) wishes to contact you directly, we will contact you for permission first, before sharing this information with the other person (if we even have your contact information!). We will recommend to all that the private message system at our builder's forums is utilized as a first effort in communicating with someone else. Your information is private!

Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy with any product purchased from Glacier Boats of Alaska, for any reason, please contact us for resolution of the issue. If we do not reach a satisfactory resolution, then you are entitled to a full refund.

Delivery Policy:

Digital delivery of digital / downloadable products are available immediately via a download link sent via email when your purchase is completed. If, after your purchase is complete, you register at our website, then we will enable download of your digital products through our website ... typically within a week of registration and product purpose, but this time frame is not guaranteed. We may be out fishing! Shipment of physical products such as printed plans or items from the gear store, may be as soon as 2 or 3 days after ordering, or as long as 4 to 6 weeks, depending on whether the items are in stock or must be produced and shipped to us (hats, decals, etc) or must be printed and bound (printed plans). Regardless of anything, we make an effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Unshipped orders can be cancelled and refunded upon request.

Return Policy:

Please contact us if you run into any issues with your order so that we can find a resolution. Unworn or unused (resellable) products may be returned for a full refund. If you received defective or damaged product, we will replace it (shipping included) at our cost.

Cancellation Policy:

If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel an order, you may do so. Cancellation of an order containing tangible products (hats, decals, etc) will result in a full refund and nonshipment if the order has not yet shipped. If the product(s) have already shipped, then we ask that you please ship them back to us as-received for your refund.

All plans are sold without warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, including but not limited to seaworthiness, trim, stability, structural integrity, longevity, wear and tear of any kind, degradation in any environment or conditions, insurability, ability to be registered or licensed, whether any boat standards such as those published by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) or the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) are met by the designs or not, and any items added to the boat such as electrical, fuel, and ventilation. Building a boat from Glacier Boats of Alaska plans indicates your full acceptance of all responsibilities associated with your project or finished boat. For best results please adhere to all guidelines in the plans, especially including size, structure, and all weight related limitations (weight, location). Variation from the plans will result in variations in trim, performance, and structural integrity. You should seek approval of all proposed modifications from Glacier Boats of Alaska, in writing, before proceeding with any such modifications. You are the boat manufacturer, and as such, accept and own complete responsibility for all associated risk, including but not limited to the above and/or financial impact that may result.
