Returns & Refunds:
If the product is not as expected, please return all printed materials to us in salable condition and we will be happy to refund your purchase price minus the cost of original shipping. Shipping costs (already included in the pricing) are $8.95 for USPS Priority Mail to Alaska/Hawaii/Lower 48, $27 to $38 for USPS International Priority Mail to other locations, and $0 for download-only plans (somewhat obviously.) Other situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, noting that we will do all we can to address your concerns in the most satisfying way.
Privacy Statement:
Your information is 100% private. We do not share any of your personal information with anybody else, for any reason, and would never sell any of the same either. We are a small, low-revenue, company and as such process all credit card transactions through a third-party processing company. The third-party processing company (even if more than one is utilized) is under agreement with Glacier Boats of Alaska LLC to protect your privacy as well, not sharing or selling any of your personal information with other people or businesses.
If a person is building one of our projects and wishes to contact other builders, e.g. if for example they live in your region, we may ask you for permission to share your contact information or may send you contact information for that person ...with their permission. If this sort of thing happens often, we will establish a builder's forum to facilitate these discussions ...and may do it anyway. Stay tuned.
