Shipping Policy

Printed materials will be shipped within 3 business days from time of order unless we are out of the office or experience an equipment failure (rare.)  During mid- to late-Summer and into Fall, we are sometimes outside the office for a few days at a time.  If so, then we will process your order (shipping, adding web page access, etc), immediately upon return.  All shipping will be via US Postal Service Priority Mail or Priority Mail International or via an alternative selected by the customer if a) the alternative is available from Fairbanks, Alaska, USA to the customer's shipping address location, and b) the cost of the alternative is equal to or less than Priority Mail or Priority Mail International.  Typical times enroute from Alaska to locations within Alaska is 3 to 4 days, from Alaska to US states outside of Alaska is 4 days, and from Alaska to Canada or European destinations is 10-12 days.  Enroute shipping times to other regions, including the Alaska bush, is indeterminate.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations must be received prior to when the product actually ships.  If a cancellation is received on time, then a full refund will be issued, otherwise the order is subject to our refund policy.  Boat plans and printed materials which are mailed to customers must be returned in salable condition in order to qualify for a full refund.  Purchases of digital products are not refundable.
