I bought the plans back in 2007. Still dreaming, but my shop should be coming together this summer. If the planets align I will start the boat this time next year.
I have a friend that is thinking along the same lines as me. We will see.

Don't wait, just start, you will find the $$$ and time, believe me, I'm 54 and 'waited' too long for the right time and income, never happens. And I'm a boatbuilder! Just do it.
